Sending session files wirelessly?

After sending nearly ten songs wirelessly thru the internet to a server for my engineer to download i'm realizing that its better to mail him all the files and only post fixes.Anyone lose files on the way to somewhere else?THe wired connections are going to fare better almost every time imo.
I'm wondering if anybody knows if you lose any audio quality sending that way?

Smile Audio data transfer

Hi Dan p !

No you are not losing any audio quality by transferring exported files via wireless or wired network. As long as the transfer was successful and there was no corruption of the file along the way.

This process took forever, posting anywhere from 350 to 700 or even 900 megabite wav files. Some took entire afternoons to post.It was not without problems, sometimes the files would get stuck transfering and i would have to shut the computer completely down.In the end i did get thru it over a period of days and saved me the time to travel and hang out with my engineer which i still do sometimes.
There were also times that the transfer rate was higher and slower at high online times.I have a wired connection upstairs in my home with four different cpu's connected to a hub.Rates were 40kbps to180-200 kbps.for what its worth ay!

this and invest in a thumb drive or use one of your existing externals to transfer files to your wired connection
