Here's what I got: Disk 0 Drive C: File System NTFS Size 8.79 GB (9,442,586,624 bytes) Free Space 6.23 GB (6,691,295,232 bytes) Volume Name Drive D: File System NTFS Size 65.65 GB (70,490,615,808 bytes) Free Space 46.37 GB (49,791,512,576 bytes) Volume Name Business Drive E: File System NTFS Size 37.31 GB (40,065,302,528 bytes) Free Space 22.03 GB (23,657,439,232 bytes) Volume Name Files Disk 1 Drive F: File System NTFS Size 111.76 GB (119,998,574,592 bytes) Free Space 36.62 GB (39,317,311,488 bytes) Volume Name Daily Backup Disk 2/SCSI Drive G: File System NTFS Size 17.58 GB (18,876,923,904 bytes) Free Space 12.65 GB (13,583,777,792 bytes) Volume Name Audio Drive H: File System NTFS Size 50.78 GB (54,525,362,176 bytes) Free Space 48.94 GB (52,553,449,472 bytes) Volume Name Archive Drive K: Description CD-ROM Disc Drive L: Description CD-ROM Disc I also have the option of adding another SCSI drive. At this point in time I'm looking for advice on how to set up my drives. Currently I run a dual boot which I'm very happy with, but it has been suggested to me that I should boot the Audio off of Disk 0 and my Business apps off of Disk 1. Also, what is the current consensus about RAID Arrays for Audio. Would this work with 2 SCSI Drives? Any input would be much appreciated. Ian PS I have an Exabyte 20 Gig Tape Backup and a 120 Gig USB 1 Drive for Backup, but the USB Drive is of course very slow. |

Ian, > I'm looking for advice on how to set up my drives. < Read my three-part series from Keyboard magazine, 5th in the list on my Articles page: www.ethanwiner.com/articles.html Especially see the first part which gives advice on exactly what you're asking. --Ethan
