Tutorial books/videos on pro tools?

Hey guys,
I'm really new to pro tools, just bought an mbox to learn what goodies the pro tools has.. the thing is, I'm really confused! The free dvd demo from digidesign help, but of course that's just the gist of it.

Was wondering if anyone here have suggestion on books and videos that covers a deep spectrum to pro tools, from beginner to pro which you felt help a lot when you were learning it.

There are several books out there....most are good.

I started at digidesign's website under the DiSK button....lots of goodies there about how ProTools works.

"producing in the home studio with pro tools" by david frantz is good and the manual is better.
