Smile Laptop - FL STUDIO/ASIO NO AUDIO? ON VISTA
Just got my new laptop a dell vostro 1700 2.1ghz intel duo core 3gb VISTA 32BIT...

Its got a SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC? In device manager i installed FL STUDIO 8 XXL with the ASIO drivers. Now i open fl studio and it makes sound but only using THE PRIMARY AUDIO DRIVER (but when i play a few things it starts to glitch) then i change to ASIO it makes no sound at all?

Ive heard about WAVE-RT drivers but cant find any websites to download them or much infomation about it to be honest.

Help me please.

Have you checked on the FL forums? They can usually come up with an answer.Try different settings under Audio Options. Primary Sound Driver should be O.K. if you are not using a soundcard. What VSTs/Synths do you have going when you get crackling?
