The difference is that using the free demo version for a 'finished song' will automatically put a non-reversible 'I'm a cheap bastard' avatar in bold print to your GS account.

The Massey plug-ins are INCREDIBLE, I couldn't live without them anymore. It's hard to believe that they are also super affordable (69 bucks!) so show some respect and pay the man!

alright,...
first,..
yes, you can do whatever the hell you want with the demos.
the demos won't save settings, so you'd have to make a comment about the setting for recall,...there's no multi-mono versions of demos, and the real versions shows "script text" of your exact settings rather than you just seeing he knobs.

BUT,...get teh demos,..try em' for a while, then buy the ones you like, they're super cheap and affordable and beyond that they're way too nice for the low price he's asking.

True they are amazing!

THats totally true that they are amazing and i can not wait to see them in VST version cuz then i will buy them all. I've tried them, the demo version in my M-powered PT and they are simply amazing. Unfortunately I did not buy them because PT is not my main Mixing DAW but i can say that true they are simply great and for the price , they are simply unbeatable.

Hope we will get he chance to see them in Vst version as well soon.

Peace!!

With the full version, you also get an extra setting for the frequency switch or whatever you'd like to call it. You get Low, Mid and High. Not just Low and High. Buy it!

Massey would be a millionaire if he'd port his plugs to AU/VST and ask Waves-prices for them (which I would pay for those plugs)

You get that "middle" switch, you're able to bypass the plugin and save the settings as mentioned above. The "middle" switch is well-worth it, I love it on Snares!

BTW, not sure if Mr. Massey can chime in on this, but I also love the way all his plugs work on my Mackie MCU, I'm able to use my v-pots to control the parameters, and in this scenario, pressing down on the first v-pot, which controls the drive, I'm able to cycle through the switches. I'm sure this is something that he also programmed for control surfaces, so props to you for doing such a great job, it's really intuitive when working with the plugs on a control surface (as much as love my UAD-1 plugins, they can really learn from you in this department).

Hi,

A beta of Tape-Head for AU with the Medium algo only has been released lately.

What is usually this algo good for over the TDM Normal & Bright ones ? Would it be good on a full drum buss, maybe even on the Master 2buss or just on some individual tracks (snares/kicks, el./ac. gtrs, bass gtr, vocals...) ?

Thanks a lot in advance.
