Question PTLE MIDI - How do I move "change meter" events by beats or ticks?

Unless i'm missing something obvious It appears you can only create an event at the beginning of a bar.

Eg I messed up my meter change and need to shift the whole lot from bar 9.1.000 to bar 9.1.480 (the 2nd subdivision of that bar instead of the beginning)

Thanks!

Using the tempo track (at the top of the window), you
can insert tempo changes at whatever grid resolution
you have set. The same is true of meter changes .. with
the meter ruler. Just make sure to uncheck "Snap To Bar" (in your case).

You can also go into slip mode and do it by eye with the ruler.
