Can correction data from Melodyne Studio be opened in Melodyne Plugin?

I've got some vocals that are coming to me via FedEx that are in Melodyne Studio format and the sender tells me I can just open it in the Plugin version (PT). Anyone tried this before?

I don't think so. There are 2 proprietary Melodyne file formats:
- the detection file (.mdd postfix) which stores the result of the "detection", i.e. the time, pitch, length etc. of the notes in the original sound file. This file is most likely compatible between Melo Studio and Plugin.
- the Melodyne Arrangement file (.mar ending) which stores all edits, "corrections", mixer settings, and stuff of a Melodyne project in Melodyne cre8 or Studio. I don't think the Melodyne plugin can read a .mar file.

Please post your question to the Melodyne userforum. The people are nice there.

Good luck!

Thanks Thomas, I've also just noticed that there's no 'import data' or the equivalent in Melodyne Plugin as well.... So I guess there is no way to bring anything in.....
