Importing Logic EXS24 >> Ableton Sampler

Howdy all. My situation is I need basic EXS files running in Live 7.0.3 and am not having much success converting something like "Motown Bass" from Logic 8's samle library into Live's Sampler...
Is there anyone out there who successfully imports exs files into Live 7? Any useful tips to get this working properly?
Thank you in advance

Ah, I think my issue with some of the exs files has to do with a special element where you can "select groups by" various methods, like CC#1. The Live Sampler doesn't take that into consideration on import.
The Live Sampler has something similar called sample selector and that can be controlled with MIDI data as well. I'm giong to submit to Ableton that they add this to the converting processs.
Hopefully there is an intelligent way to do this after the fact. I'll post again if I find anything useful.

Anyone else import in Live's sampler ? Or am I the only one...
