Plugins comparible to MaxxBass

Are there any good plugins that operate similar to Maxxbass? I remember seeing one in a magazine but forget what it was called. If so, how do they compare in quality? I mainly am looking for a plugin to use on individual tracks like kick and bass but wouldn't hurt to have a plug that is usable on the mix bus or groups as well.

I've never used MaxxBass but PSP makes the MixBass in the Mix Pack. I'm not sure how they compare but I think they are aiming at doing the same thing. Are you asking for VST or other though?

Don't know if you know this or if ur looking to get away from Waves as most people here are but, RennMaxx is what I use and is great. You might want to give that a try.
