PCMCIA slot help

hi i wanna buy a audio interface for my laptop and I have a Texas Instruments PCIxx12 cardbus controller. The audio interface requires Available Type II CardBus slot (PCMCIA slot) Will this device work on my laptop?

Yes, laptops generally have a PCMCIA slot. If you install drivers, etc. correctly it should work fine. I recently added PCMCIA firewire adapter to my laptop and run both Presonus Firestudio and Firebox through the device.

I've been using Digigram VX pocket PCMCIA interfaces for years with
rock solid operation.
