| What is the best video card for dual-dvi multi monitor support? title says it all. I want the best value while still being a quality card. I've been using a matrox P650 the last few years on my old system. I would re-use it but of course my new system has PCI-express. Should I go to matrox route again or would a dual dvi nvidia do just as well or better with 2D performance. this computer is used 100% for DAW and usually with cubase/nuendo occasionally Pro Tools. I'm hoping for something around $100 or maybe lower as not a single video game or 3D app will ever be run on this thing. I just want to hopefully get something that combats steinbergs horrendously slow graphics on my old system. -zack |

| Here is a good one. It is only 256MB, but that is plenty for a DAW, you aren't doing a ton of video or video game stuff on this so this should be plenty fast. There are cheaper ones, but I use this because it uses a heatsink instead of a noisy fan.
