looking for a hardware device or software sequencer that will play a pre-programmed sequence of notes, IN ORDER = where each note is triggered by a separate MIDI event regardless of time spacing in other words, strike a key or a pad - hear the first note of the melody strike the pad again hear the second note of the melody etc etc I guess another way of putting it would be: an arpeggiator where each midi event would advance the clock to the next tick.
