Kick/Sinewave Layer Freq. too low?

I layered a kick with a sine wave, and I wanted the hz. of the sinewave to be in key with the song...

one problem, the song changes keys, so I need to either automate a pitch change with the test-oscilattor, or find a common note in both of the scales (its Eminor and F#minor)

Currently the E minor part is a 41hz tone... it seems a little low... is there a too low for layering a sinewave to a kick before it sounds unnatural?

Use ES2's sine wave and just change notes when the key changes?

is it ok to use something as low at 41? Or should I go up an octave?

Try B @ 61.74 hz

B is a 5th above E and a 5th below F#. A 5th is usually very complimentary.
