Pro Tools-Windows xp > Mac Mac > Windows xp (HELP)

Hi I need an asnwer to this question. I have searched it in here but no luck.

I have pro tools le on windows xp and my friend has the same thing but on a mac. Is it possible to create and save a session on windows xp and be able to open it on a mac? Also is it possible to create and save a session on a mac and open it on windows xp?

ps. when i say open a session i mean to edit,mix, and record.

Sure. Read page 103 and 290 of the Reference Guide. (Mine is for Version 7.4, search for "Mac/Pc compatibility".)
