| Duende Hi all I really like the duende but it seems that itīs only for the finalmix, i have a mac pro and a HD2 external firewire card. The sad thing is that even if i have the highest delay compensation i cant use it in the maintime iīm in the recordingprocess, is there any way to solve that problem? Thanks Nisse ![]() |

| It's meant as a mix device, not for tracking as stated by SSL. As an external firewire device, there's an inherent amount of time required for audio to get out of the computer processed by Duende, then back into the computer. Delay compensation tightens it back up during mixdown. If you need to eq or compress during tracking you can use something else, then switch to Duende for the mix. |
