| FINAL CUT PRO audio record question (record files as .aiffs?) I have a situation where I am working on a lot of files that need to be rendered and burned to CD or DVD in a VERY short turn-around time. While I am recording video as well as four tracks of audio the bulk of the work is distributed as audio only files. There is no way that I know before hand, so I have to record both video and audio. I am wondering if it is possible to record the sound files as .aiff files as opposed to Quicktime files. This would eliminate a step where I have to render all of the audio tracks in Final Cut Pro before I import them into itunes. I can't find anything in the manual here this is mentioned. Unfortunately, my manual is packed away in a road case in truck that is sitting in another city.
