new mac pros PCI Express 2.0. and digidesign no go !

i just read that the new mac pro is out but with PCI Express 2.0.

means that the market will now flooted with digidesign cards

and how would digi adapt that !?

i dont think that apple make anybackward compatible solution

ok now we can use only a hd2 or magma chassis

man that sucks

Phew...seems like I received my 'old' 8core just in time, to be compatible with my HD-rig...Not a bad choice after all!

PCIe 2.0 is backwards compatible.
