Sampletank 2.1 problem

Mac OSX Intel - ProTools LE 7.x
Just installed Sampletank 2.1 *upgrade from SE.

When I go into the app folder I can't find the application to run - neither standalone or as PT plug-in. ProTools inserts still show Sampletank SE.
I only see online manuals etc - but no Sampletank
Tried reinstalling several times and no dice

Does SE need to be uninstalled before the 2.1 is usable?

Stupid question...you are running the right installer aren't you (for Intel) - and 2.1 is compatible with intel isn't it?

You should be able to run both at the same time - since if you load a previous session with SE, the full version won't automatically replace it.

Yeah it's the correct installer. Baffling - the only thing I can think of is that the new software upgrade doesn't recognized the SE as it says 2.1 will not run without prior installation....
I have some inquiries into IK.. Hopefully they will get back to me. Wish they had support forums at IK like many of the other companies do..

Its a pain to install as I have done a few times, still have both the SE and 2.1 full version running in my Mac using PT6.4.

Best and quickest is to email Derrick or call the office if you're in the US (EST), he goes out of his way to make things right. I think the number is on the IK website...

I have a similar problem with my recording PC using XP. Sampletank LE won't show up in Protools LE 7.4 but the SE version does. I've tried uninstalling Sampletank SE and then only having Sampletank LE.
I was thinking it might be a problem related to upgrading to PT7.4 but maybe it's related to PT7.x in general.
I've moved the ST files into the correct PT DAE folder like they suggest, but it doesn't help. I can only still get SE to correctly show up in Protools.
It's frustrating having to use the SE version because it's so limited with sounds and I just bought a few add-on libraries for ST-LE that I can't even use until this starts working correctly.
I corresponded with a support guy at IK named Jason but I never heard from him again after a few emails. This was mid December...
