Fruity Loops in Cubase SX3 Rewire midi track question

I rewired FL as a client into Cubase but each sample in FL gets it's own midi track, in cubase is there a way i can use 1 midi track (region) in cubase to control all the different samples in FL by means of different midi keys? Thanks
