Good Ol' 9129 Error in PT 7.4

OMG!!! I still keep getting this 9129 error on PT 7.4...It was running fine a couple weeks ago until I updated my video card. Now all of a sudden I keep getting tha 9129 error!!!! What can I do to fix dis problem....I tried everything I can....Here Goes a Rundown of my PC if that helps...
