Logic Studio from Adobe Audition?

Does Logic Studio translate well from Adobe Audition? I'm still looking for a Mac program that has the power and ease of use as Audition and am tired of firing up Parallels everytime I wanna do some Audition work.
While I'm on it: Any idea if Logic Studio can save to an Audition session? I ask that 'cause I do work at home studio and bring into work studio but work studio is PC based so cooking something on a mac DAW and being able to open seemlessly on a PC Audition would be a dream scenario. If not, maybe a plugin/workaround for that?
I'm hearing real good things about Logic Studio and have 'the toe in' just wandering if I should take the full 'plunge'.
Thanks

Both are DAW's but still very different.. But if you know how to work with one DAW you generally know them all. Logic does not save to Audition sessions on Audition would save Audition sessions. You could do OMF exports.

OPEN MEDIA FRAMEWORK its a way to get your audio from one app to the other including the edits that you have made. although im not sure if Audition will import or export OMF

I will respectfully disagree with Andy here. I teach Logic Pro to a lot of guys who come from other DAWS and knowing Audition well, which is strictly a audio program AFAIK, and coming to Logic Pro with all its midi stuff is not a simple transition.

ProTools and Audition have a lot more in common, workflow wise.

Well Andy, as Yogi Bear used to say perhaps you are "smarter than the average bear."
