saving the hardware synth patch info in logic

I got a Nord Lead 3 and I'd like to save the patch info in logic so anytime I open a project or select a track the nord configures the patch itself.

I think this was possible before with sound diver (I'm coming from a pc)... or the environment (I'm new to logic...).

Anyone knows how to do that??

I just record a sysex dump of the current patch to a track and mute it. When I next load the tune all I have to do is play the latest dump and the synths are ready to go...
