Thread Starter | how to get logic to stop scanning audio units? ok... so for some reason I had some old Korg legacy demos on my hard drive that logic sees, and when it opened up for the first time, it scans all the Audio units right? well, for some reason, the korg ones wont scan... logic just sits there forever. no big deal, i don't even use those demos. I delete the audiounits cache, restart, try again. no luck. delete the korg demos, restart try again... it still scans for them! how to I get logic to stop scanning for these audio units that I don't use? |

Thread Starter | thanks Beastie, my problem was I was looking for the files in my user account library, instead of system library. so I guess I didn't fully delete them. went through the system library and cleared them out. and no more hicups when I open logic! user error once again! thanks for the help. |
