question - aulab, aulooper, xcode

can someone please tell me:

it seems that these audiounit plugins (aulab, aulooper, etc.) are included if you 'install xcode'? i didn't install xcode, can i still get these component files somewhere and copy them to my folder?

is this more a logic thing or a tiger/OS thing?
