Thread Starter | Pro Tools LE, importing tracks recorded at 96kHZ. I own an mbox 2 and tried to import audio tracks that where recorded on a HD system at 96kHz but once I imported them they play at a much slower speed. Is there anyway I can import them into my system at the right speed? Help would be much appreciated, and sorry if this is noob question. |

Unless you can set your hardware to 96K you're out of luck. |

You're not out of luck. Open a blank session and copy+convert them using import session data. Voila. Yes you will be downconverting but if you want to work in LE then... ...when using import session data make sure you have selected "Apply SRC" (on the right side) and set the source sample rate to 96k. ALso make sure you have files set to be copied in (not to link). -Joe |

96khz works fine in PTLE but i dont think the mbox1 and 2 can handle 96khz, max is 48khz because its running through usb 1. so when you import, you have to convert the tracks down to 48khz.
