Plug in on PT

Hello,
I have a question about PT.
When I open a plug the other opened is closed.
How can I mantain more plug open? Is there some system?

see the little target on the top right? click on it so it turns grey.

Then you can open another plugin and it'll stay open.

Rinse and repeat if necessary :)
