Looping Program...

Im looking for a looping program that I can use with a guitar to do looping and sampling the same way I can with my boss dd-20, just with more features. I dont know if they even make this, but something that more or less functions the same way, but has things like undo and degenerative repeats etc... Is there anything out there like this? Also, anything that can do it as seemless as the standalone units do?

Also, this is for a Mac. I also assume any sort of program would require some sort of midi foot switch/controller, and thats fine by me.

Ableton Live, although any and all DAW platforms have looping funtions. The reason I bring up Live is that it was expressly designed for building music in a modular way from loops. Go to the Ableton site to get a feel for whether it offers what you're after.

Cheers,

D

I'm on Loopers Delight- I use Mobius on a PC and Sooperlooper on Mac.
Both are worth checking out, but for me dedicated hardware will always be preferable.
