| Using external computers for plugin processing in ProTools? Hey guys, I know Logic and Cubase/Nuendo have the ability to set up nodes with other computers to shared CPU resources across multiple machines. Is there any way to make Pro tools do this? Maybe a 3rd party wrapper or something? I swore I saw a thread somewhere on this, but could not find it! Thanks! Mike |

| VST WRAPPER and, I believe it is called fx teleport,i think. or, sync two computers both runnin pro tools via mtc or something, but then you have to route the outputs back into the main one, and latency issues...

| Yeah, it doesn't sound to promising...I'd love to be able to have Kotakt players or whatever running off of other systems, but still showing up as an insert on my tracks. I guess I'll end up going MIDIOverLan... Thanks guys! Mike |
