Thread Starter | Protools "Matching Start Time" takes list, can this be used as in Nuendo?
I've used Nuendo before I started with PT. In Nuendo you can simply drag and place a region over another one, make some cuts, right click to get a menu with all the regions which are below the visible region, and select which one you want on top. The "Matching Start Time" takes list in PT is almost the same, except for that it only works with matching start times. Is there any way to change this, eg manipulate the start times of some regions in order to be able to use the menu for quick compare? I'm doing some voice editing. A few sentences have been recorded 3 times, and I'm editing them to the perfect take. I've done this before with other programs, but since I like and own PT, I'd like to use it. Perhaps this is not the right solution, if there's another way to quickly check 2 pieces of audio against each other, please tell me! Thanks!
