Plugins for Logic pro 8.

Hey guys, this is my first thread.
Im looking for god plugins and Im on quite the budget.
Im using an iMac (20', dual core, 2 gigs, etc..), with logic pro 8 and I need the following plugins but Im not sure where to get good ones without going broke.
Compression
Reverb and other FX
Vocal editor (like v-vocal, auto tune or melodyne)

Does anyone know where I can get these?
Thanks a bunch!

Have you delved into Logic's own plugs? The compressors are up to most tasks and Space Designer is awesome. Great FX as well.

Perhaps spend some time getting to know the included plugs before rushing out to buy more. Might save yourself some dough!

could be worth splashing out on the Sonalksis EQ & Compressor, they are damm good and worth the money. Reverb-wise I'd say Space Designer in Logic is pretty good...sure Altiverb is better but it is a little pricey...Melodyne really is the best autotune, but again expensive, however the Logic one is OK. All in all, If I were you I'd get the Sonalksis Comp & EQ now, and save for other plugs later...

Do you mean you need a good vocal EQ? and a good all round Comp or bus Comp?

Either way you can't go wrong on the Sonalksis front. Their comp is excellent and great on the 2 bus too.

As for vocal EQ, well there are too many to mention, but I've heard great things about Eliosound's Air EQ. You might want to have a look at that.

I'd put your money there first. Melodyne kicks ass in terms of ease of use but I've never had the opportunity to A/B it against Autotune artifact wise. I just hate the sound of tuned vocals period but I know it is a necessary evil for most.
