Mac users...suggest a program for calander,multiple users?

We're looking for some kind of set up that would allow us to check the studio schedule from our home computers. Something that would allow us to update/book sessions, find contact numbers, update session notes in the field etc. And hopefully be hot syncable to our Palm os devices. and password protected?)

Maybe multiple individual calanders that could be reconciled to one? I'm sure something like this exists in the PC world, but how about Mac?

I'm really happy with my handspring and it's calander/data base but would like some thing we could all use. suggestions? Options?

thanks!

iCal and Address Book using iSync through .Mac on OS 10.2.2

It rocks - and does everything you asked for - including syncing with your Handspring.

plus iCal and iSync are free from Apple !
However .Mac and OS 10.2 is not free - but I still recommend it.
You do need .Mac in order to get the remote syncing to work.

I'd also give Now Up-To-Date & Contact a look.

But iCal & iSync do rock!

He was right

iCal

RULES...and it's so EASY

BUt be warned

you need a .mac account to run that sync stuff

Anyway, I'm running all that stuff, (and a 1gig .mac account) and it's all cool BUT to be honest, it's only from 10.2.2 upwards that I'd trust it

DON't complain if you're running 10.1 and it sucks
