RME 96/52 Card Settings Advice

I have a RME (Nuendo) 96/52 card I am about to install in my older (P3-Win98SE) computer to replace the Delta 1010s I have been using for years.(running under MME)

I have (2) Nuendo 96k 8 I/O units I am attaching via ADAT 1 and 2 input / output, and I have a Lucid 9624 A/D and D/A I am hooking up via SP/DIF.

My question is one of clocking. I want to choose the clocking scheme that will give me the cleanest sound and easiest most stable lock.

I have a Lucid GenX6 clock as well for word clock if this is the best master clock.
Any suggestions?
If using the internal clock on the card is best, fine or using one of the Nuendo units. If because of the Lucid units via spdif I need to just clock everything to the GenX6 I can go that route.

Any input from those with experiance is appreciated.

Thanks
Tom
