Toontrack Music discontinues dfh Superior

Toontrack Music will on September 30, 2007 discontinue its original Superior virtual instrument title dfh Superior (TT103). dfh Superior is currently out of print and will not be reprinted or distributed in its current form.

The Superior Custom and Vintage (TT 105) and the Superior Vintage add-on (TT 107) titles will continue to be available with the original Superior sampler engine.

dfh Superior was Toontrack Music’s first Virtual Instrument release and was pivotal in building the Toontrack and Superior brands.

Toontrack Music will shortly make an announcement on the dfh Superior sequel Superior Drummer 2.0

Yeah, I first heard about a new dfh a couple of months back. The guy I talked to then (I think it was in May) said fall, so it seems to be right on schedule for AES.
