How do you reply/post to a thread ?

I can not find any button/preference anything on where I reply to a post, am I missing something

it say's post reply, next to new thread.
what browser are you using?
could be something wrong with this? strange

very starnge, i'm replying from my watching threads reply option, but on the regular threads on Safari the new thread icon is on the left with no post reply option, with IE the new thread icon is on the right by itself. This is so starnge, guess i'm gonna try to empty cookies etc.
