iZotope Radius for Logic - $399, iZotope Radius for Sonar - Free?

So I'm looking at the Sonar 7 press release, and iZotope Radius is included. Why does it cost me $399 to get it for Logic?

The release is here:

Exactly. Software companies are paying izotope to include their software in their app. Apple chose not to do this while Sonar, Audition, and Pro Tools all have. It's up to you to decide if this is a big deal or not.

I bet that not licensing radius is part of the reason Apple could drop the price to $499.thumbsup
