How to Setup Quick Midi Learn in Cubase??

Ok, so i remember I used to have a short video explaining this but cannot find it. I am basically trying to quickly set a parameter to a CC on my midi controller.

Example: Set feedback of a delay plugin to a knob on my midi controller.

I know there isn't a fast way like in Ableton Live but I believe it shouldn't be too complex. Can someone explain???

I know it starts out:
1. Midi Devices
2. Create New Device
then what? im lost.

4 years later, Cubase 6 still does NOT have a simple MIDI learn facility, while virtually every other DAW has had it for years, most notably Reaper, FL Studio and Live.

Also missing is the ability to undo the last parameter tweak.
