Good Free Web Host?

Does anyone know of a good free web host? web1000 is good but it's down right now....a lot of space and fast downloads are nice....as is unlimited bandwidth but of course it's hard to find such things for free...i miss web1000

decent hosting can be had so cheap right now (easily under $5 per month), I don't know why anyone would want to deal with those pop-up laden free hosts.

just to host my files cause i have webspace for my site under my isp.....anyone know of anything good?

globat.com has 2 gigabytes of storage with 60 gigabytes of transfer for $7.50 per month.. I'm, using it.. it's been reliable. I use it for webhosting and ftp up/downloading client audio files.

if that's too expensive, you're in trouble.

ehe well if i can avoid paying for something i'd rather do that....wouldn't you? web1000 is back up so I'll keep using that...but if anyone knows of a good free host with lots of space and bandwidth let me know...thanks...
