Lowering volume of automation to a track.

Where is that file someone recently posted? You would use it as a send/insert, and would not have to touch the automation you've drawn. You can use it to turn down the volume of track (volume) automation.

I was an idiot and did not download it when I saw it. I can't find the post anywhere.

Anybody that downloaded it can put it up here...Please! Credit the guy if you know him.

Oh, thank you.
Again, this was a plugin that would lower the track volume so you don't have to go back and re-draw all the automation.

I've found the thread! I have found the thread!

Sonalksis Free G plug - very useful for my DAW mixing technique

I haven't clicked on the link yet though. I'm so anxious!

Edit :: Oh yeah, this is what I want

Here is the .PDF User Guide for the plugin.

...now, to test it out with my problem.

However, the correct way (and best way in terms of quality as you're not adding an extra layer of processing) is simply to lower all automation relatively.

Only a lame sequencer doesn't have this function.

In Logic Pro you simply Command+Click on the yellow bar to the right of the track name, and then lower/raise all automation data by pulling it down/up.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Try rephrasing your question.
