Thread Starter | RME TotalMix and Sound Forge show different input levels, which is correct?? How do I set them so they are the same? Which settings should I use. Thanks Dave |

| Not used sound forge for a bit, but try setting RME meters to peak (instead of rms) and untick the +3db rms button. |

| Especially when recording, I would go with the total mix. It will also tell you if the DAW (Sound Forge) is changing any levels and by how much.
