| Lives for gear | I just have a quick question.. I'm going into Pro Tools M-Powered via adat from a Focusrite ISA 428 into a Profire Lightbridge. The ISA 428 has BNC in and out, as does the Lightbridge (these are the only two pieces of digital gear in the picture). So I'm wondering if the best way to clock to the ISA 428's converters would be through the ADAT connection that's already there, or should I also hook up the BNC's and clock through those? I'm probably gonna try it both ways anyhow, but I'd like to know if theres a technical reason why I should do it one way or the other. If it matters, the ADAT cable is a high quality Apogee, where as the BNC i/o on the lightbridge is an included SPDIF breakout cable that breaks out into SPDIF, BNC i/o and Midi i/o. I don't know how good the quality of this cable is. Bill
