I've used the EQ and the Dynamics so far, only tried the Demo of the others. The EQ is great - there are others in the same league, but for me it was easy to get the desired results with this one.

Dynamics are great, too, if you want something rather uncoloured. It's a perfect lifesaver package with the sidechain, gate, warmth,... Other than that, the Chandler Limiter is my absolute favourite when it comes to COLOUR

I demo'ed the Limiter, Dynamics, and Reverb. All very nice.

I ended up purchasing the dynamics and the limiter. I especially love the limiter.

i have the entire bundle of sony plugs and generally love them all.
so far i haven't used them all extensively yet but

the limiter is awesome and much better than the L1 though i can't compare to L2 i'd say it would be better than that

dynamics is awesome and the warmth feature really nice though i don't like the meters and i think the graph could be more intuitive like sonalksis graph.

inflator i never found great use for until i put it on a snare along with duy valve and i'm telling you, that snare had balls, attack and life that was just incredible - for that alone i love it! i'm sure i will find other uses...

transmod - tough one. it's a great piece of kit though the ratio is way too sensitive. just nudging it the tiniest bit and the attacks are changed drastically. i think they should've scaled the control a bit. i'm still finding my way with this plug though it's more intuitive than waves transient plug.

reverb plug is just amazing and very configurable. you need to put your thinking caps on with this plug, actually all of them cos the controls are very well thought out to give you the most creative freedom but basically you won't find it easy to configure the reverb you're looking for from the outset as you need to learn it first - and read the manual. it's really amazing though and much better than renn reverb and trueverb and better than artsacoustic

the eq is outstanding. some people say it's very clean but i think it's got a lot of character. by far one of the best features is the fact that you can automate the a/b which strangely enough you can't do in nearly any other processors

goodluck

All are great!
If somebody want to buy plug ins for the first time..I would buy all the Sonnox!

The Limiter is the best hands down..the reverb one of the best....transmod...unique .

I love the reverb...but I did not find pre delay.......do I am wrong?

this is why i say you need to read the manuals for these plugins although even that doesn't make it immediately obvious. they're unusual in that they offer lots of options to give you the most flexibility though it makes them a little harder to learn as they're unlike other similar processors.

feed the reverb tail with a delay compensated direct signal which will bring about the predelay

I know that ...but I am talking just into the delay.

transient plug... I think it's a miracle. Makes percussion bite, very punchy.

which waves did you buy?

the sonnox are very nice and i look forward to mixing my next track so i can use them again.

Yeah, limiter is a #1 plugin, the others are very good indeed. Transient can be very funny too!

I have the Inflator and the limiter, use them on all the time.

I have used L2- L1 and UAD precision limiter, like the sonnox better than all of those, im afraid i dont have any plugins similiar to the inflator, A unique plugin indeed.

Think no longer my friend and just buy all of them.

regards,
SonOfSteven

This one of those unintentionally bumped threads.

But since its bumped. I have to mentioned reverb because its never talked about. Its not that its sound cant be found on 10 other plugins--but there is something I like about the way you can tweak the them. Its just a very cool way of working.
