Thread Starter | "CueMix state not in sync" with MOTU Ultralite?
Hey everybody, I'm running into a little trouble here. I have a MOTU Ultralite that worked fine on my MacBook, but am running into this issue now. I'm using a Dell 1501 with no firewire port, but a firewire 800 express card, with a firewire 800/400 adapter to connect the ultralite. I think that may be the problem, but I'm not sure. To compound things, I'm running Windows Vista. Now the drivers seem to work fine, I can bring up the cuemix and all the inputs work, but there's a lot of digital noise. When I bring the buffer size down to 32, the noise disappears but i can't record, the higher i raise it, the more annoying the noise gets. If i raise the sample rate, it gets higher pitched. The error message in cuemix is "Cuemix state not in sync because the audio stream is not locked." And I can't find anything on google or motus website. Anyone ever run into this? |
