High quality 2in/2out USB2.0 laptop interface?

My needs are simple. I do all my mixing OTB and so I only need an interface that can get the stereo mix into my laptop via USB 2, ASIO 2 protocol. It should also have an excellent DAC for those times I need to add another track to the existing tracks.

SO it should have high quality components, especially the DAC. I have no need for AD conversion, just needs a coaxial digital input.

I am not interested in firewire, my laptop has no fw interface and I do not want to mess with the hassle of buying a PCMIA card with fw.

And i will like to know a good 24bits interface, with very stable drivers for XP/Vista.

this is a very low cost device.
as to how well it meets your needs.i dont know.
