Trouble installing Waves' Transform bundle

I downloaded Waves Transform bundle v. 2.1, but when I try to load Trans-X in Cubase SX 3.1.1 on my Mac, I get an error saying the version of Trans-X is too old or incompatible with Cubase. When I open Pro Tools LE 7.1, the Transform plugins listed. I registered and authorized the bundle at Waves.com. Any suggestions?
