Sample Drive Format?

I just got a Seagate 500gb eSATA 2 drive. Should I format it to NTFS or FAT32? Which is better for samples?

If you are using only Windows 2000/XP/Vista, stick to NTFS.
When using Linux/Mac/Win, FAT32 is the way.
