problem bouncing out a quicktime with sound from DP

I’m asking a question for a friend
(as I dont know the answer for doing this in DP - or what the bug might be)

A pal needs to mix music cues (one at a time) out of DP with the QT movie file which she is running as a window in DP.

She has to mix in my music b/c/ the director she is working with is out of town and wants to watch QT movies with her music in them.

She knows that she has to bounce from under the AUDIO menu as a .mov format but when she does that, the resulting .mov file has her music and no picture -- a black screen. She is guessing that she did not set some video outputs ..... but I don’t know what advice to give her.

I suggested she try Quicktime Pro, and import her music into that, and do a save as..... as a quick work around.

Any DP tips and tricks to make it happen in DP?

pretty sure this is not under the bounce drop down. there should be an export movie option, although i am not at my computer now and am not sure.

you could aslo just export the audio and added to quicktime with the pro version.

just bouce to and from the movie starts in DP.
