Cubase 4 - Copy & Pasting Layer Effects

I'm a long time Cubase SX 3 user and I'm used to seeing a Clipboard icon in my channel settings so I can copy and paste the effects to a different channel.

Its gone now in 4!! How can I copy and paste effects and settings???

C4 has drag and drop fx. This includes drag and copying fx. Open the extended mixer view and hold ALT and click and drag the effect to another track and it copies it.

Weird... seems like an additive feature. No reason to remove the copy and paste icons?

Well because of that now you know about the new feature

You can also use track presets to do similar things.
