Wacom tablet in Cubase SX3

When I try to adjust faders in Cubase SX3 with my Wacom tablet, the faders will only move in small increments with the movement of the pen (instead of being able to drag up or down with one motion). How do I switch this? I looked in preferences but didn't see anything...Thanks!

I not realy sure how to fix that
But I use Tablet to Midi with mine have a look try the demo it is very cool.
