Batch bit rate conversion 32 to 24

I recorded a session with a band using Cubase SX 32 bit float file format. Now it should be mixed in Logic Pro, which as far as I know doesn't accept 32 bit files. So I'll have to convert them to 24. As there are a few hundred files, manually converting each one would kill me. So I'd appreciate hints on how to do this as a batch!
