Question The most transparent limiter plug-in?

What would it be, in your opinion?
I'm not trying to push the level of my mixs, but
need to take out some peaks.
I would like the most transparent one to do this.
I'm just making a demo CD, but the best quality is needed.

Thank you!

What platform are you using?
FWIW like with all limiting easy does it. too many db's of limiting and all of the above plugins will lose any 'transparency' they may have. I learnt this the hard way...

I like the Logic Ad-Limiter but I'd like to give that Sony Inflator a whirl...

I don't think there is one, really. Not trying to be sarcastic or funny here. I really think you can hear them all pretty quickly. Not that that's a bad thing, if I like what I'm hearing.

But transparent? Not, IMO.

I've found the Powercore's 24/7 (1176 wannabe) pretty cool. Doesn't really sound like a real 1176 (adding color, etc.) but takes out the peaks if you set it right.
